Supervised team of five engineers, servicing IBM RS/6000 workstations and associated products.  Responsible for the territories of Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan.

·       Established  first Eastern European local expert support for IBM workstations.

·       Performed work flow, information flow, cost/benefit analysis of customers’ operations and used the results to design IBM system solutions.

·       Successfully promoted, implemented, and supported IBM computer solutions  with diverse customers: The United Power System of Russia, Russian Space Control Center, Stolichni Bank (personally embossed first Russian credit card).

·       Prepared system integration proposals for banking, manufacturing, research & development, and other industries.

·       Created and ran educational course on IBM workstation service for internal and external customers, which resulted in 62% reduction of the service response time.

·       Monitored fulfillment of international license agreements.

·       Coordinated installation and service of IBM supercomputers.
